Quick answers to the questions people ask most before booking half-day sitting (4 hrs).

No. Half-day sitting is one continuous four-hour block in your home. Two separate visits are booked as two drop-ins.
At least one walk is included in the block, along with feeding, medication and potty breaks — no extra charge.
Free up to 24 hours before the start. Inside 24 hours it's 50% of the price, and within the last 4 hours it's charged in full.
Every visit ends with a report in your account: a photo, a checklist of what was done (potty, food, water, medication, walk, playtime) and a short note from your caregiver. You're notified as soon as it's filed.

No add-on for a second pet in the same home — two pets are covered by the base price. Each pet beyond two is $5 per visit.

Minimum noticeBook at least 24 hours ahead for half & full-day sitting. Shorter notice goes on a waitlist and may not be matched.
Booking windowVisits run 7am–8pm daily. Earlier or later slots carry an out-of-hours rate and depend on caregiver availability.
Availability limitsRequests are confirmed once a caregiver accepts — usually within a few hours. Weekends and holidays have limited spots.

· Free cancellation or reschedule up to 24 hours before the start time.
· Inside 24 hours, 50% of the visit price is charged.
· Inside 4 hours of the start (or a no-show), the visit is charged in full.
· Reschedules are free while you're outside the 24-hour window — the new time keeps the same price.
