No — this is a 30-minute property check, not a pet-sitting visit. Pets left at home need a drop-in or sitting visit instead.
A walk round the property, doors, windows, taps and any signs of leaks, plus plants watered, mail and parcels brought in and bins moved as needed. A photo report confirms it all.
Alarm codes and access details must be provided before the first visit. They're stored with your booking and shared only with your assigned caregiver.
Every visit ends with a report in your account: a photo, a checklist of what was done (potty, food, water, medication, walk, playtime) and a short note from your caregiver. You're notified as soon as it's filed.
