Book a visit

Pick a service, choose a time and tell us about your dog. You'll get a confirmation with your caregiver's name.

Quick answers to the questions people ask most before booking home watch & errands.

  • No — this is a 30-minute property check, not a pet-sitting visit. Pets left at home need a drop-in or sitting visit instead.

  • A walk round the property, doors, windows, taps and any signs of leaks, plus plants watered, mail and parcels brought in and bins moved as needed. A photo report confirms it all.

  • Alarm codes and access details must be provided before the first visit. They're stored with your booking and shared only with your assigned caregiver.

  • Every visit ends with a report in your account: a photo, a checklist of what was done (potty, food, water, medication, walk, playtime) and a short note from your caregiver. You're notified as soon as it's filed.
