No. The Evening Tuck-In is a 45-minute late visit — dinner, medication, a last toilet break and settling your dog for the night. For someone in the house all night, book the Overnight In-Home Stay.
Any evening slot up to our 8pm cutoff — visits run 7am–8pm daily.
Yes — plant watering, mail pickup and bins are free extras on this visit. Tick them at checkout.
Every visit ends with a report in your account: a photo, a checklist of what was done (potty, food, water, medication, walk, playtime) and a short note from your caregiver. You're notified as soon as it's filed.

Pets in the home

No add-on for a second pet in the same home — two pets are covered by the base price. Each pet beyond two is $5 per visit.

Minimum noticeBook at least 12 hours ahead for short visits. Shorter notice goes on a waitlist and may not be matched.
Booking windowVisits run 7am–8pm daily. Earlier or later slots carry an out-of-hours rate and depend on caregiver availability.
Availability limitsRequests are confirmed once a caregiver accepts — usually within a few hours. Weekends and holidays have limited spots.

Changes & cancellation · Short visits

· Free cancellation or reschedule up to 12 hours before the start time.
· Inside 12 hours, 50% of the visit price is charged.
· Inside 2 hours of the start (or a no-show), the visit is charged in full.
· Reschedules are free while you're outside the 12-hour window — the new time keeps the same price.
