A toilet break, fresh water, a meal if you've asked for one, medication if needed and time for play or a short walk — followed by a photo report.

Can one drop-in cover two dogs?

Yes — two pets in the same home are covered by the base rate, so there is no charge for the second pet. Just set the pet count at checkout so your caregiver plans the time for both.

Do I need to be home?

No. Most owners leave access instructions (key, lockbox or code) in the booking notes, and your caregiver follows them exactly.

How do I know the visit actually happened?

Every visit ends with a report in your account: a photo, a checklist of what was done (potty, food, water, medication, walk, playtime) and a short note from your caregiver. You're notified as soon as it's filed.

Are there surcharges I should know about?

Visits are scheduled between 7am and 8pm. US public holidays add $12. Two pets in the same home are covered by the base rate; a 3rd or 4th pet is $5 each per visit (4 pets maximum). Medication administration is $5. Everything is itemised in the price summary before you confirm.

Yes. Choose a weekly or monthly plan at checkout and we'll schedule the visits ahead for you. You can pause, resume or cancel a plan any time from your account.

Changes & cancellation · Short visits

Free cancellation or reschedule up to 12 hours before the start time.
Inside 12 hours, 50% of the visit price is charged.
Inside 2 hours of the start (or a no-show), the visit is charged in full.
Reschedules are free while you're outside the 12-hour window — the new time keeps the same price.
