Good to know & limits
- Eight consecutive hours; start times before 7am are treated as overnight rates.
- Extra pet +$5, medication +$5 per visit.
- 48 hours' notice recommended during holidays and school breaks.
Changes & cancellation · Half & full-day sitting
- Free cancellation or reschedule up to 24 hours before the start time.
- Inside 24 hours, 50% of the visit price is charged.
- Inside 4 hours of the start (or a no-show), the visit is charged in full.
- Reschedules are free while you're outside the 24-hour window — the new time keeps the same price.

- Yes. One caregiver covers the whole eight-hour block, so there's no handover in the middle of your dog's day.
- Meals, medication, two walks, playtime and plenty of rest, plus a photo report with the full checklist at the end of the day.
- Start times before 7am are treated as overnight rates, so book the Overnight In-Home Stay for very early starts.
- Every visit ends with a report in your account: a photo, a checklist of what was done (potty, food, water, medication, walk, playtime) and a short note from your caregiver. You're notified as soon as it's filed.
- Visits are scheduled between 7am and 8pm. US public holidays add $12. An extra pet in the same home is $5 and medication administration is $5. Everything is itemised in the price summary before you confirm.
- Yes. Choose a weekly or monthly plan at checkout and we'll schedule the visits ahead for you. You can pause, resume or cancel a plan any time from your account.
