Changes & cancellation · Short visits
- Free cancellation or reschedule up to 12 hours before the start time.
- Inside 12 hours, 50% of the visit price is charged.
- Inside 2 hours of the start (or a no-show), the visit is charged in full.
- Reschedules are free while you're outside the 12-hour window — the new time keeps the same price.

- It's designed as a fast midday relief break: outside for a toilet, fresh water topped up and a quick check that everything's fine. If your dog needs a proper walk or playtime, book the 30-minute drop-in or the 45-minute visit with walk instead.
- Yes — add medication administration ($5) when booking and leave clear dosing instructions in your pet profile.
- Short visits can be changed or cancelled free up to 12 hours before the start time, so we ask for at least that much notice when booking.
- Every visit ends with a report in your account: a photo, a checklist of what was done (potty, food, water, medication, walk, playtime) and a short note from your caregiver. You're notified as soon as it's filed.
- Visits are scheduled between 7am and 8pm. US public holidays add $12. An extra pet in the same home is $5 and medication administration is $5. Everything is itemised in the price summary before you confirm.
- Yes. Choose a weekly or monthly plan at checkout and we'll schedule the visits ahead for you. You can pause, resume or cancel a plan any time from your account.
