Roughly 12 hours, evening to morning: dinner, last toilet break, overnight presence in your home, breakfast and a morning walk. Daytime hours are booked separately as half- or full-day sitting.
A private sleeping space and access instructions in advance — key or code, alarm details, and where to find food, leads and medication.
Yes. Plant watering, mail pickup and bins are free extras on overnight stays; tick them when you book.
Every visit ends with a report in your account: a photo, a checklist of what was done (potty, food, water, medication, walk, playtime) and a short note from your caregiver. You're notified as soon as it's filed.

Pets in the home

No add-on for a second pet in the same home — two pets are covered by the base price. Each pet beyond two is $5 per visit.

Minimum noticeBook at least 48 hours ahead for overnight stays. Shorter notice goes on a waitlist and may not be matched.
Booking windowVisits run 7am–8pm daily. Earlier or later slots carry an out-of-hours rate and depend on caregiver availability.
Availability limitsRequests are confirmed once a caregiver accepts — usually within a few hours. Weekends and holidays have limited spots.
Where we visitTrinity Mills, Midway, Frankford, Bent Tree, Bent Tree North, Bent Tree West, Prestonwood, Prestonwood Estates, Preston Highlands, Addison — plus up to 10 miles beyond, by arrangement.
Availability limitOvernights are limited per caregiver each night, so peak dates fill early.

Changes & cancellation · Overnight stays

· Free cancellation or reschedule up to 48 hours before the start time.
· Inside 48 hours, 50% of the visit price is charged.
· Inside 24 hours of the start (or a no-show), the visit is charged in full.
· Reschedules are free while you're outside the 48-hour window — the new time keeps the same price.
