What does the caregiver need from me?

How do I know the visit actually happened?

Every visit ends with a report in your account: a photo, a checklist of what was done (potty, food, water, medication, walk, playtime) and a short note from your caregiver. You're notified as soon as it's filed.

Are there surcharges I should know about?

Visits are scheduled between 7am and 8pm. US public holidays add $12. An extra pet in the same home is $5 and medication administration is $5. Everything is itemised in the price summary before you confirm.

Free cancellation or reschedule up to 48 hours before the start time.
Inside 48 hours, 50% of the visit price is charged.
Inside 24 hours of the start (or a no-show), the visit is charged in full.
Reschedules are free while you're outside the 48-hour window — the new time keeps the same price.
